Hello! I'm Jessica

Currently, I am a reference and instruction librarian.  I love being able to help undergraduate students navigate the college world.  Figuring out where they want and need to go can be overwhelming and sometimes, all they need is someone to point them in the right direction.  I am happy to be a part of their higher education journey.

I am proud to be a librarian.  I love my work and will never leave the world of libraries.  This is not just an occupation.  To me, it feels like a calling.  Below are a couple of my favorite library quotes.

To build up a library is to create a life. It’s never just a random collection of books.

–Carlos María Domínguez

"When you absolutely positively have to know, ask a librarian."
